We booked a “team building” event at Arete Retreat led by Sally Duxfield. I had the privilege of seeing Sally speak at a conference prior to the event so knew the team would be in for a treat.

I was not let down. Once again I was highly impressed with Sally’s engaging speaking style – she can really read a room, and seriously knows her stuff around the neuroscience pieces she talks on, and made this relevant to our team and their experiences – particularly around managing stress and overwhelm.

What really kicked it to the next level though, were the stunning surroundings at Arete and the “disconnection” from WiFi and the hussle and bussle. This enabled our team to really soak in the beauty of the venue and be fully present for the day.

After the event, our team were clearly more motivated and engaged with their work, and “Q2” became alive in our firm. Sally is someone you can trust with your team and could not highly recommend her enough.
